The Conference arrangement will provide facilities for presentation (slide projector, overhead projector, power point). Participants should bring their presentations on Windows compatible format, either on CD or on memory stick.

            The organizers would like to maintain the workshop idea and provide ample opportunity for ad-hoc discussions. Consequently, we would like to encourage observatories and networks to contribute preferably with posters describing the status and on-going developments within their observatories and networks. Consequently we will only have invited presentations, on the other hand, the organizers invite suggestions for special relevant presentations not yet included in the draft programme.

            The network posters should contain:
network overview, map of the stations, station table, data acquisition / processing / exchance scheme, used analysis software and databases, how the data are archived, quality control procedures.
